Higher Purpose & Restore

Most companies strive for the bottom line. We strive to give it away.

It was all God's to begin with. We are only trying to steward it well. Eight operating companies fund this arm, and a generous portion of every project leaves before anyone gets to call it profit.

Everything on this page is a real number.

No projections, no goals, no rounding up. This is what the giving has actually reached.

The work

The companies behind it

The giving is a line item, not a leftover.

Most companies get to generosity once the business has succeeded. We built ours the other way around. Giving was not a program added after the fact. It was the reason for building any of it.

Higher Purpose builds outdoors. Restore builds marketing and AI systems. Neither is obviously spiritual work. That was never the point. The point is that this work funds work that is.

Where it goes

About

The businesses fund the mission.

HP Philanthropy does not fundraise. It is funded by the companies behind it. Every business under Higher Purpose and Restore sends a generous portion of its work back into this arm, which means the giving grows when the businesses grow.

Why this exists

Business defaults to transactional. We are putting the relationship back.

Most companies treat generosity as something you get to once the business has succeeded. We built ours the other way around. Giving was not a program added after the fact. It was the reason for building any of it.

Outdoor construction is not obviously spiritual work. Neither is marketing, and neither is AI consulting. That was never the point. The point is that this work funds work that is.

We do not own these companies so much as manage them. That distinction matters, because it makes a standing percentage going out the door a normal cost of doing business rather than a sacrifice we congratulate ourselves for.

Two groups, multiple conglomerates, one purpose.

These are operating businesses with real clients and real project revenue. What follows is not a list of donors. It is a list of the companies whose work pays for everything on our partners page.

Higher Purpose Companies

Bringing a higher purpose back to the trades.

HP Landscaping

Premium design build outdoor construction. Founded 2020. The company all of this started from.

HP Construction Company

General contracting.

HP Pools

Pools and outdoor living.

HP Design

Outdoor design and planning.

L3, Layne's Land Legacy

A separate entity under the same umbrella. Sources and develops ranch land into build ready lots for residential builders.

Restore Companies

Restoring relationships and morals back to business.

Restore Marketing Co.

Full service marketing and brand agency. Home of Pax Scales, the branding practice built for contractors.

Restore Ai

Claude systems, orchestrations, and agent swarms for large scale companies.

Restore Consulting

AI consulting and implementation built around protecting what clients cannot afford to lose. Home of AI Cowboy, automation for contractors, construction, and the blue collar trades.

How the giving flows

A generous portion of every project. Every company. No exceptions.

When someone builds a pool with us, hires our agency, or brings us in on an AI implementation, a generous portion of that project leaves the business and goes to the organizations on our partners page. Not year end surplus. Not what is left over. A generous portion of the project itself, from the first job of the year to the last.

What that buys

Four things the money actually does.

Not overhead. Not awareness. Specific outcomes with names attached.

01

Builds someone can live in

ADA approved homes, rebuilds after floods, and construction labor donated at cost through the trades side of the business.

02

Freedom bought outright

Debt bondage in Pakistani brick kilns is settled family by family, followed by rehabilitation so the cycle does not restart.

03

Kids known by name

Camps, retreats, and year round discipleship where the measure is relationships held over years, not attendance counted once.

04

Gear in the right hands

Equipment and supplies to first responders during the window when it matters, not after the paperwork clears.

Where it goes

Twenty organizations. Seven countries. One county.

Our partners run from the fire department eight minutes from our office to underground ministry in places where naming the partner would put people at risk. Some of them we have supported for years. Some we met after a flood.

Partner with us

Who we partner with, and how you can join.

Twenty organizations across the Brazos Valley, Texas, and seven countries. Every one of them funded by project revenue from the companies behind this page.

Who we partner with

Four entries carry no outbound link by design. These describe restricted access field work, and naming or linking partners could create exposure for people on the ground.

How we would love to partner with you

Four ways in.

01

Build with us

Every client of HP Landscaping, HP Pools, HP Design, Restore Marketing, Restore Ai, and Restore Consulting funds this work whether they set out to or not. A generous portion of your project goes here. Hire us and you have already partnered.

02

Give alongside us

If you run a company and you like this model, there is room to fund alongside us. Matching, joint funding on a specific partner, or in kind work on a build. Business does not have to stay transactional.

03

Give directly

HP Philanthropy is a registered 501(c)(3). If you want to give directly to the work on this page, reach out and you will be talking to the founder, not a development office.

04

Ask us to fund something

If you run a ministry, a nonprofit, or a first responder unit and you have a specific need, tell us about it below. We read everything that comes in.

Need funding for something?

Tell us what you are trying to do.

We fund specific things, not general operating budgets. The more concrete you can be about what the money or the labor is actually for, the faster we can give you a real answer.

What we tend to fund

  • A specific project, build, or trip with a defined cost
  • Ministry, discipleship, and youth work
  • Disaster response and first responder support
  • International missions and relief
  • Brazos Valley organizations serving our own community
  • In kind construction, design, or marketing work

We are a small giving arm funded by working companies, not a foundation with a grant cycle. We cannot fund everything, and we will tell you honestly and quickly when something is not a fit.

This opens your email with everything filled in. Nothing is submitted until you hit send, and it goes straight to a person.

Get in touch

There is no form between you and us.

If you want to give, partner with us, or just understand how this works, reach out directly. No queue, no development office. You are talking to the founder.
